Q1: Yes.

Q2: You just need to do a profile conversion. If the TEST is your master, then convert to the 7750 profile with relative colorimetric. It’s like an automatic color corrections, with the same results as your manual corrections, but probably better. Note that if you’re soft proofing with paper simulation, that the images won’t look exactly the same if the paper was different.

However, ideally what you want to do is convert to each of your 2 CMYK’s from the original sRGB image. The RGB image should be your master copy.
