They do it all the time in the movies and on TV. You need to get the software they use.

In real life you cannot do such things. If data is corrupted, how will a computer know how to uncorrupt it, short of time travel back to when it was not corrupted.

If a video "has pixels" by which I assume you mean overly large pixels (all digital videos have and need pixels), it would be impossible for a computer to know what little pixels to replace with big ones.

As for fuzzy, Photoshop has some capabilities for sharpening images, but nothing as complex as the fantasy programs on TV.

Or see if you can find the "SteveV Zoom and Enhance" miracle PS plug-in. I’m not sure what version it’s up to.
