Using for several years, no problems. Within the last
few days, 7 starts up for about 3 or 4 seconds then cuts out. This has never happened before.

I use Windows XP.

However, Image Ready, on the same soft wear, comes up OK.

Confused and need help. Thank you.

Also, update to 7.0.1. And if trashing preferences doesn’t do the trick watch what it says while starting up. Does it die while loading Fonts? A corrupted font could cause this problem.

Thank for you prompt reply. However,
I can’t trash preferences because I
cannot get 7 on my monitor. It cuts
out after 3 or 4 seconds. I downloaded
and reloaded. It did not help.
