If you purchase a copy of the program, you can make use of it for commercial uses. All licenses are commercial licenses. This includes educational purchases.
You do not need to make any credit to Adobe for having used their software.

You would have to check from the user who created the brush, style or pattern. I suspect most are offering full commercial use, but you would have to check in each case. If they withheld the rights, then you would legally have to compensate them for using their work, commercially or for your own use.
But that is not something we can help you with here. Adobe software allows full commercial use. But any add in components would have to be dealt with at the source.
