I am having trouble starting up Photoshop Today.
Yesterday everything worked just fine.
All I get is "Could not complete your request because of missing or invalid personalization information."
I am running it on a Windows 2000 pro with all updates.
AMD XP running 1.5GHz
1GB RAM
Any help would be appreciated>
