Moving dropdown boxes

I know that there must be a very simple answer to this. When I use the Histogram the box drops over the photo and I can’t see the changes. Is there a way to move the box so that the picture has the least obstruction?

Place your cursor over the bar at top of window, left click and hold then drag the window to where you would like it to be.
