Recently I have gotten a couple of jobs designing banners and flags. The customers have been able to provide me with clean 300ppi files, but not to size. The manufacturer needs art at least one quarter size at 300ppi.What is the best way to increase the size of a file as much as 300-400 percent without the image getting too fuzzy. Is it possible?

Genuine Fractals Print Pro provides a Photoshop plug-in.

But for flags and banners, vector art (a la Illustrator) is generally more appropriate. Far smaller files that are infinitely enlargeable.
