In the Levels adjustment dialogue box, is it at all possible to have the Output Levels show up in percentages (0% to 100%) instead of hard numbers (0 to 255)? If not, what’s the best way to work out what hard numbers go with what percentages? Thanks!

percentage = (number:0..255) / 255

In case the formula looks more daunting than it needs to, just divide the number by 255.

Or since I suspect you’re starting with the percentage and want to know the number, add a decimal point in front of your percentage, then multiply by 255. (For instance, 75% becomes .75 x 255 = 191.25)
