I want to create a motion blur out from an object, almost like a tunnel of blur to an object, as if you’re rushing toward it. Radial blur is kind of it, but the blur there seems to be round rather than rays out from the center point. The other built-in blurs don’t seem to be quite right either. How would I accomplish this in Photoshop?

"motion blue", nice that I missed that.

I did a search, and went through about 10 pages of results. I didn’t see any topics that seemed to relate to what I’m looking for. I also did a search for "blur from point" and only got this thread. If you know of a thread where this is answered, care you pass on the link?

Radial blur choose "zoom"
You can move the center/start point
