I am having a weird problem.

For some reason I can’t transform. The square boxes and outline show up around the object, but I can’t click and drag to manipulate my selection. I have had this problem before, but I have forgotten how to fix it.

Also when I am using the grabber tool (hand) I have to click twice to drag and drop. Click once to pick up the object, then it doesn’t let go until I click again. I know this is related to the problem.

How do I turn that function off? Anybody please.

Are you using a tablet input device or just a mouse?

Just a cheap regular mouse.

Jimmy, see if this is the problem. Go to the Control Panel, double click on the Mouse Icon. At the bottom of the first window see if you have turned the ClickLock on.
