How can i change the line color of shapes (rectagle,ellipse, line, etc.)? I mean the border line color.

To get the original border, STROKE the selection if using the marquee tool to create the figure or stroke the path if using the shape tool to do so, setting the brush tool to the desired diameter and color beforehand.

If the figure already exists with colored border, select the border and FILL the selection with the new color.
