Yellow color cast even after downloading IgnoreEXIF file

Even after downloading the suggested IgnoreEXIF file all my digital images have a yellow color cast… Is there anything else I can do or am I just doomed to have yellow pictures? help!

If you have a CRT monitor and haven’t calibrated it using the Adobe Gamma Utility which came with the program, you should. You will find it in the Control Panel in Windows.

Also, make sure your display settings are for 24 or 32 bit color and that you have the newest video drivers.

Are these images from your camera, scanner or?

The only images that are tinted are the ones coming from my digital camera, the scanned ones are fine.

Krista, what OS and how are you importing?

If you happen to be using mac os x, image capture embeds a profile in your images unless you go into the prefs and tell it not to.
