Hi! I’m trying to create an animated gif using Imageready (I’ve always used Gif Builder on my Mac before… but I’m trying to learn to do it using Imageready on the PC). Anyway, it’s all going fine… and I DID create it, but it’s SO fast! It flips through the images way too fast. I made the time at the bottom of each slice 3 seconds… and it shows that… but it still zips through them way too fast. I viewed in the browser as well… same thing. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

The Image Ready forums have regulars who know all about such things.

Julie,

It sounds as though you’re changing the time in the proper place. Could it be you’re simply not doing a Save Optimized and overwriting the original GIF?
