Hello,

I work in XP and use Photoshop Elements 2.0
The printer I use is a Fiery X3e.
I try to print anything in color from Photoshop Elements and it prints in black and white.
Are there any solutions to this?
I really appreciate any input.
(The printer techs, believe it is affiliated with photoshop elements. I used another co workers computer w98, and it prints fine in color.)

Thank you

Is this a networked printer?

The Fiery is a postscript printer and is generally networked. If you have the appropriate driver loaded for the Fiery, I’d guess use the "Postscript Color Management" as an output space profile in "Print preview " and see if the problem still occurs. You may simply not have the appropriate driver on your computer.

the printer is a network printer
other computers are on w98.

I printed a document using postscript color management,
and it printed in color.
is there anyway around from selecting postscript management constantly?
