Warning Logo when opening RAW

When I open a NEF image in CS2 the Yellow Warning symbol, with an exclamation mark, appears briefly in the upper right hand corner of the image. I just loaded CS2 upgrade the other day. What does this mean?

It just means that Adobe Camera Raw is still figuring out how to display the file; it goes away when the processing for display is finished.
