It seems that my version of Adobe Photoshop 7.0 has the ‘Save for web…’ option grayed out.

Why is this? I need that so I can get smaller image sizes for graphics. How can I fix this?

I’m kind of confused… I tried all the stuff on there, and I when I got to the final ‘Import.Export’ folder, it didn’t have anything in it. Then I went there in the HD, and it was in there. When I clicked on it, it brought up Adobe Photoshop 7.0, and then a pop-up said ‘File could not be opened because it’s not the right file type’. Does that mean that the file is damaged, or did I do something wrong?

Well, this has been installed on two computers and the same affect has taken place… Wouldn’t that mean that that wouldn’t help?

No, it does NOT mean that at all.

Of course, if it only happens with one and the same fileΒ…

I don’t really understand… What should I do now?

What G Ballard suggested.

But you haven’t confirmed whether this happens with all files or only one.

Are you saving the file with the file extension like .gif or .jpg??

Buko,

I don’t think he gets that far. He says the command is grayed out.
