Here’s the quick question – is it worth it?
I don’t do (much) print production work these days, so I’m mostly interested in the Ink Jet Edition, but if the filters are really that good, is it worth it to get the Complete Edition for the few print jobs I do each year? I’m an advanced user (taught PS for years).

I used the Complete Edition a lot in Ps6. I thought it was far superior to the built-in Unsharp Mask. Alas, with the change to OSX and CS I have no idea how good the new version is. I too am interested in what others have to say.

Try the demo..

While a timesaving device because you may not have to do 2 or 3 things and just use the filter, I didn’t find it to be any better than a skilled operator at the controls of standard Photoshop features.

I like KPT’s Equalizer plugin.

Much more fine control than either USM or Nik’s Sharpener, in my humble opinion.
