Numeric Transform in PhotoShop CS?

I recently upgraded from PhotoShop 5.5. to PhotoShop CS. I am an illustrator, and regularly use the ‘Numeric Transform’ function (in ‘Transform’). It is extremely useful when creating illustrations. However, the function seems to have ‘gone’ in PhotoShop CS!!! Can anyone help me?

It’s all there in CS: Look in your Options Bar at the top of your screen.

Control-click in the measurement boxes to change the units from % to inches etc..
