How to import and paste a photo onto a background or layer

Can anyone explain to me how to add a photo onto a piece of artwork. I am build a business card, have added the text but cannot add a small photo. Need help.

In the "source" photo Select All, Edit>Copy. In the "target" document Edit>Paste.

Or open both images next to each other and use the Move tool to drag the photo into the other document window.

Thanks for the input. I tried it and it worked. My problem was I couldn’t "cut" and "paste" with the marque tool and it was driving me crazy. Discovered the problem soon after I sent the email. Thanks again.
