I can get cs2 to give this error with the following steps.
1. Open photoshop cs2.
2. Open ps elements 3 in organizer mode.
3. close ps cs2.
4. reopen ps cs2.
Error time!
Is this a known issue.
Right now a reboot seems to fix it; is there a faster way?
