I clicked on the Nikon Canada web site and woooooops they have announced the D70 with a MSRP $200 less than the digital Rebel Looks like we are living in an interesting time.

I’ve tried several websites, but nothing about how many megapixels. Probably 6 mpx again.

The Nikon US site has a link to this:

which talks about a US$999 street price for the body. Isn’t the Digital Rebel US$899 for the body? And they’re talking Spring 2004. A lot could happen between now and then. Like maybe Pentax will come out with a camera without a weird name like "*ist". 🙂 How do you even pronounce that? Starist? Asteriskist?
