When using the "Creat Web Photo Gallery" function, Elements does not hold the vertical format of most of the images when it processes them and resizes them to thumbnails and compressed viewing images.

I called tech support and they said the preferences file was causing the problem. But, upon resetting this to default, the problem still occurs.

Anybody else having the same problems? Any suggestions?

Dave,

You are sure you deleted the preferences file?

I went into windows\application data\adobe\photoshop\* and deleted the "elements" folder per instructions by Adobe’s tech support.

Is there something else I should try?

Two threads on same subject…I suggest we let this one die a natural death and use the other
