I’ve created a page with rollovers in Imageready 7.0 mac and when viewed in Explorer 5.2 on a mac and you click on the rollover button link. It creates an outline of the slice that doesn’t go away until you click on part of the image that isn’t a link. Does anyone know how to get rid of this ugly outline my client is not happy?

You can see the page I’m talking about at this link.

BTW the outline also shows up an a slice link that isn’t a rolllover, please help.

I’m not seeing the behavior you describe in my IE (5.1.7). Rather, the border only shows up when you click on the link.

Do you have borders assigned to the slices?

Someone once told me that this works. However, I was never able to get it working.

To fix it on the page, it would be this:

< a href="page.htm" hidefocus>< img src="image.jpg" border=0>< /a>

To do it in .css, you would do this:

a {
hidefocus = true;
}

I don’t use IE so I had to look.

in prefs under Browser display.

check tab to just text fields.

IE default is set to tab to each item on web page.
