Hi there
When I re-zero my rulers in Photoshop and then create a new guide from the View >> New Guide… menu command, the new guide is placed according to the old ruler numbers!
That is, if i want a new vertical guide at 250px, the guide is not placed in accordance with the numbers on the ruler after I have re-zeroed them to a new location in my document.
