Need help installing garamond premiere pro benefit!!!

I downloaded my complimentary benefit garamond premiere pro, but I forgot to read how to install it and now after searching the site/interent for an hour I can’t figure it out. Can someone help me please!!! I’m an idiot I know, but your help is appreciated!

Unzip the compressed file. Extract the contained folder to a place on your hard drive. I recommend to back it up, too. Do a select all (CTRL+A) inside the folder, then Shift+click on the PDF file: that way you selected all font files, but not the PDF. CTRL+C to copy the fonts.
Then go to C:/Windows/Fonts and paste the fonts. (CTRL+V)
