There is no single click function dedicated to do so(*), but the stock tools are capable to do it. Find an old copy of "Photoshop Channels Chops" By Monroy, Biedny and Moody for step by step instructions.

(*)The "Blend if" sliders in the advanced layer blending options could be worth exploring, I never tried them for that.

Supposedly Peachpit is rereleasing Channel Chops!!! It is probably the best book out there for figuring out Chroma Keying…
