Most unusual behavior I’m seeing here. I have an image up in PS7. It’s not a particularly large one, so I don’t think it’s a memory issue. But all of a sudden, I can’t do much of anything. It’s not completely frozen. That wouldn’t surprise me much. (Computers freeze and programs stop responding all the time for one reason or another.) Here’s what I CAN still do. I can open all the menus at the top, but with the exception of the View, Window, and Help menus, all the items are greyed out. (including "Save". Grrr.) I can zoom in and out, either with the keyboard shorcuts or by using Alt and Ctrl with the Hand tool. (I am permanently stuck on the hand tool, however. I can roll over the tool bar, and the buttons change graphics as I roll over them, but I can’t switch to any other tool. What I can’t do is much of anything else. Has anybody experienced this glitch before? Any ideas how to recover from it?
