Hello. I upgraded from Adobe Photoshop 7 to CS and reinstalled my plug in’s. None of them work. I put in Nik’s, Photographic Edges, etc…. and nothing. I checked and they are in the plug in folder, photoshop only. Everything looks right, as I have done in every one of the past 4 versions, and not one plug in is working. Do my old plug in’s not work in Photoshop CS? What can I do to fix this problem? Thank you.

Did those plugins work in OS X before, when you were in Photoshop 7.x?

Are you working on 16-bit images? Maybe the plugins work only on 8-bit images?

Maybe the plugins work only on 8-bit images?

They would still appear in the menu but be disabled, in this case. Are they appearing at all?
