How come I cannot find Photohop V7 on the Adobe web site store? Is there an upgrade? What do I order that is equivalent product?

Yes, there have been 2 whole versions released since Photoshop 7.

Photoshop CS

and Photoshop CS2

Adobe only sells current releases. The current release is CS2 which is version 9.

If you want to buy it, please check the system requirements. They are quite a bit more demanding than PS 7.
