Is it me, or are these software instructions authors playing games with us? On quite a few occasions I’ve found instructions tell you what buttons to click in order to get something done but they don’t tell you where those buttons are. I want to make a Contact Sheet, the instructions inform me that in order to create such a thing I use the Contact Sheet II command ….. and that’s all they’re willing to reveal.

Have I missed something? Could someone please help me out here?

You missed the location of the command. It’s under File>Automate. RTFM!

Thank you. I was about to post that I’d found it, but my main point was my general frustration at instructions that have a tendancy to assume too much. Mistakes and ommisions are bound to happen but I just get the impression there are too many for that to be the reason.

I thought you said…

File>Automate>RTFM!
