Help with font Apple LiSung

I am trying to get my system to see this font.. i see it in my font book but it does not show in my lists for quark, photoshop or any other program… im sure its something simple i need to do… i just dont know what…

Apple LiSung is a traditional Chinese character

Do you have your computer set to work in Chinese?? I beleive the Chinese language kit is included on the OS CDs (since OS9)
