I received the following message from a stranger in need, but I don’t know what to tell him. Perhaps someone else could help out.
"I am unable to post a message there [sc. the adobe forum]. I get No Access when I try to post. I also get a message that I am logged in but cannot send/post messages. I would like to take an image, transform it from rectangular shape to elliptical and smudge the edges much like a vignette. I would appreciate your help either on the problem itself or guidance to the user to user forum. Thank you."
