how to you batch resize a folder of digital images

Have photo elements 2.0.
have a folder of digital photos i would like to resize (smaller) all to the same size. How do i do that?

Go to File>Batch, and it will take you to a screen where you can resize by resolution or by physical size, or you can change the format.
