Hi, Hoping someone can help me here. I’ve been reading the posts and tried a few things, but to no avail…My cloning tool, which I use a LOT had completely stopped working, so as I read here, I deleted the preferences by doing a shift-ctrl-alt while clicking on the elements icon. Worked once beautifully, but then when I tried to re-open elements, the tools (more of them now, paint, dodge, burn etc.) had all stopped working. I uninstalled elements and reinstalled it, but still no working tools. If there are any other ideas out there about how I might get my tools back, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks, Lynn
