I recently purchased Photoshop Elements 2.0 and have been trying to install it on a Power Mac running OS X version 10.2.6. Whenever I enter the serial number, I get an error message stating "Invalid Serial Number. Try again".

Can someone help? What can I do in order to load the program?

Thanks

Mike

I’m at the wrong computer to access my cheat sheet, but I have a customer service number I’ll post a little later. In the meantime, make sure you’re reading the numbers correctly and not substituting ‘oh’s for zeros, getting sixes confused with eights, etc.

Thanks.

I have made sure I keyed in the numbers correctly. I even used a magnifying glass to view the numbers.

I would appreciate receiving the customer service number and/or info from your cheat sheet.

Thanks again.

OK, here I am at the other computer, and here’s the number I snagged from another post quite a while ago. I don’t guarantee it will help, but it’s sure worth a try!

Good luck! If you can ever get this program running you’ll love it.
