custom page size when creating postcript file

When creating a postcript file in PS7, how do I customize the page size. I’m using the Adobe Postscript Virtual Printer, and it only gives me standard page sizes to choose from.

Some PPDs won’t allow for custome page sizes.

Print to a PDF and ask to save the PostScript file you should then be able to choose Custom for the page size.
