CS-3 Slower Than CS-2

Just upgraded from CS-2 to CS-3

already note it’s way slower when creating a new document, say just a white page, it takes about 5 seconds, when CS-2 would take about .5 seconds.

You are paying for the faster initiation of CS3. It doesn’t instantiate certain routines until they are called.

More likely he just has a printer that’s offline and has to wait for the printer driver whenever he opens or creates an image.
