I have also found the root of this probrlem, which was Spybot Search and
Destroy, and probably othe anti-spyware
S&D recognises a file or registry entry or whatever as a thing that it
thinks should be deleted (sorry im a total noob about this)
I fixed the problem by using the recovery option of S&D.
