Greetings everyone! I have a font that has some really cute dings that I would like to add to my Custom Shapes in Adobe PS CS3, and I’m not sure how best to go about this? Is there a way to do this easily so that I could load them into the Shape Preset Manager?

Any and all help you could give me would me most appriciated! Thanks in advance for your time!

there are loads and loads of custom shapes in cs3, not just the ones you immediately see, there are different theme ones, whats special about the ones you want to convert?

Thanks for your reply Paul, I really appriciate it! I didn’t realize that making them would be so detailed… kinda changes my mind. haha! The shapes I had were not all that special, but thought they’d be fun to play with.

How do I access other shapes that I don’t immediately see with CS3? I did find some yesterday at devianART and loaded them… are there others?

Thanks for your time and help and suggestions! Appriciate it!

go to adobe studio exchange
I think a very similar set is already made

why not just use them as fonts? they can still be manipulated the same way resized transformed style applied etc
any text can be rasterized as well

Thanks KatWoman for the site, as well as for the suggestion. I guess part of the reason why I wondered if I could make a shape out of it was due to having so many fonts already installed, haha. I thought of all the ornament fonts I could install and use, but then already gasped of what I do have installed and trembled at the thought that the additons would put my system over the edge. I’m sure I have plenty of room though… but on a PC, you can never be too sure. bla.

Anyway, I really appriciate your help and for the studio exchange… I’ll check them out, as well as just likely use it as a font :^)

to get to the other custom shapes, to the right of the ones you see is a liitle arrow, that will take you to animlas, music etc
