I have installed Photoshop CS on my Dell Latitude D6oo that uses windows XP. THe Display adapter is a Mobility Radeon 9000 by ATI.

When I use any of the tools, when I move the pointer over the work area, I see two pointers…they are not always exactly the same. In the Hand tool it appears as two hands on other tools the two pointers may or may not be the same but there is always 2. The preference tool gives option for either standard or precise but regardless of the setting, it always shows two pointers.

Any ideas what this is about. It is annoying because one pointer selects the other seems to do nothing.
