Is it possible to import a photo from a web site into Photoshop Elements? If it is possible, how is it done? thank you.

Robert,

I replied to your original query, in the "Cannot update thru internet" thread.

Photos posted on the internet can be downloaded to your hard drive and then opened in Elements. Usually holding your mouse on the image and right clicking will bring up a small menu, with one option being "Download to Disk". If you do that, pay attention to where it’s being saved so you can find it when you’re ready to open it within Elements. I sometimes forget to look and "lose" them! 🙂 Once it’s on your hard drive, open Elements, go to File>Open and scroll to the location of the image.

Robert,
Open web picture in your browser.
Open Elements. Go to Open>new – RGB mode.
Position both windows so that you can see parts of them simultaneously on screen. Click and drag web picture into Elements.
