Deselect Tools

How do you return a tool to the tool box or deslect it. I’m brand new to PSE and can’t not find this answer anywhere. Thanks

To deselect one tool, you have to select another. Pesonaly, I park on the hand tool when not working on and image. That way I don’t have to undo something that happened by a icthy mouse finger.

Ah, there was another thread about this not long ago. We took a survey. I’m a "Marquee Parker" myself. 🙂

I usually park on the Move Tool, but I use the Marquee a lot, so sometimes I end up parked there too.

I normally park on the zoom tool, another one where you can’t accidentally edit your image.
