If I try to make a shape or change the size, I don’t see where to input the size in pixels. I can see the pixels in in the info panel, but I can only drag the edges or scale by percentage, and many times it skips the exact pixel number I want. . Where can I put the exact pixels in ?

If you already have a shape drawn and want to change the size to an exact pixel size just go to edit>transform path then in the options bar where you are seeing a vertical and horizontal percentage. You can scrub over the percentages and type in 200px for example where it started as 100%. Just make sure that both the horizontal and vertical size are either both pixels or both percentages.
