annoying hyphenation of filenames when Saving Optimised As

Does anyone know how to globally change the Default Settings for the Save for Web/Save Optimised As dialogue? It add hyphenation to the filename by default unless I manually change the setting in the Other… option. I don’t want to have to do this every time!

I’m using Photoshop 7.0

it hypenates spaces, remove all spaces from filenames
