Jodiviah,

It is very aggravating when you can see pixels selected and it says "no pixels selected". (done it myself many times:)

The probably cause is that you have the wrong layer selected. Look at the layers palette and click (make active) the layer that has the part of the picture you are selecting.

Hey Pete,

That did the trick! I didn’t realize the layering aspect would affect the ‘copy/past’ functions on a picture. Thanks A Million! – Jodiviah (Joe)
