Hi Nancy, the possibility that this wont be exact is great because i piddle alot but as far as I can remember….
on a new layer either use the lasso and freehand a waterfall flow design and fill with white or use the paintbrush. Put it in the ‘liquify’ screen and enhance the design with distort and swirls etc. afterwards set that layer blend mode to disolve….really low. Can ad glaussian blur to distribute the effect. I probably added another layer or 2 at lowered opacity and painted some flow in there as well, also using liquify. I also remember adding an adjustment layer for color….I think i did rainbow in ‘color’ blend mode at lowered opacity. Anyways, try that and see what you get. As I said, i piddle ALOT when I do my art but i’m pretty sure that’s what i did because I do remember the image…one of my favorite challenges to date sent in by Ray Robillard.
