I use Photoshop CS and am considering using dual monitors. I am NOT technical minded.
What cables do I need?
Will the graphics card support dual monitor?
Do I need extra software?
Do I need other hardware?

Thanks.

Depends on the card. You don’t need extra software – Windows supports multiple screens. You don’t need any extra hardware. You need to check that your graphics card has two video ports on the back… either two DVIs, or a DVI plus a VGA port, or two VGA ports. Whatever 2nd screen you buy will come generally come with covertors so you can connect it to any video card. Word of warning though; while most graphics card chipsets support lots of monitors, the people who build the cards may not. So a 6200E from companyX may have two ports, but the exact same card from companyY may not. You need to check.
