This is driving me doo-lally! I’ve bought and been through the whole range of Classroom In A Book CS series, searched the ‘Help’ section in Photoshop and the FAQs on this forum but I cannot find the, what must be a new, shortcut for restraining the Eraser!!!!
In PShop 5.5 I could click on a point in an image with the eraser, move to a new point, hold down the Shift key, click again and the pixels in and between the two points would have been erased (straight line between the two points). In PS CS that key action only restricts the movement to horizontal, diagonal or vertical. How do I do it now?
Not only that but if I move the eraser fast it erases in a series of dots! I don’t have time to fart around experimenting. I’d be most grateful if some kind member would advise me? Many thanks.
