I have the same problem with my CS. If I check the "save as copy " box it will just overwrite the original without the "copy" name in the title.

I have just tried something. I press the Alt key and keep holding it down while doing File, Save as, and yes it will save as a copy with the copy name as long as I have done everything with the Alt pressed down. Yep! It work’s

Marcel, alternatively if you press Shift+Ctrl+S the "Save As" menu comes up with "Save as a copy" check box checked and "copy" added to the file name. You get the same thing if you press Right Alt+S. Go Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts and there you can see all the shortcuts some of which you can change if you so desire.
Cheers.
