Transfer Activation for Photoshop CS2 ?

I’ll be installing Windows Vista Ultimate, as an -in-place upgrade, on my computer in a few weeks.

Must I go throught the Transfer Activation process before the Vista install? Or will installing Vista not require Transfer Activation?

In theory, that shouldn’t be necessary, because the activation looks at your hardware only AFAIK. In practise, I think it would be wise to deactivate before upgrading and activate again afterwards. Better safe than sorry.
